In addition, we have a Human Resources Hotline, where employees can address employment concerns, report incidents of harassment or discrimination, or report any illegal, immoral or unethical behavior. The caller may either choose to leave a message identifying the nature of the call and his or her contact information or remain anonymous. Our Human Resources Management team treats all complaints as confidential as far as is practical under applicable laws and in light of CEC’s need to investigate and respond to the complaint.
