What if I lost my confirmation #?
If you provided your email address you can locate your reservation information by clicking here. If you did not provide your email address in the reservation please feel free to send us an email with your party information.
What happens if my guest count changes?
We cannot guarantee that we can increase your seating once a reservation has been made. Therefore, if you think more guests will attend, add seats if they are available. Additionally, we charge for the number of children booked. If not all the children attend the party, we would charge the original reserved amount minus four. (For example, if you reserved for 16 and only 8 show up, you would be charged for 12) Therefore, we recommend that you confirm your reservation or call back with your confirmation number should you need to decrease or increase the seating arrangements.
How much does a party cost?
Prices and packages vary by location. In order to check the price at a location near you, click: Pricing & Details. Then select the desired location. The screen that follows will provide you with our standard birthday package prices and for that specific location. Please note, most locations also offer special packages for hosting weekday parties.
How do I get my free tokens for booking on-line?
The restaurants know when a party has been booked on-line and will issue the tokens on the day of the party.
I was not offered the time frame I needed. What can I do?
The party times are set schedules and cannot be altered. The time(s) you were offered is what we have available on that day. If you want an earlier time, you are more than welcome to come into the restaurant early and let the children play. However, your table and host/ess will only be prepared for you at the scheduled time of your reservation. If you need a later time, we recommend that you try a different location or date.
What if I want to stay longer than the hour and a half?
We offer unlimited time at the table if you host your party Monday-Thursday, otherwise your table is only reserved for 90 minutes. You may stay and play games but you will not have guaranteed seating.
Is there a cost or charge for adults/parents to attend the party?
There is no charge for these guests, unless you choose to purchase food and/or drinks for them. If you will be doing so, you can order these items on the day of the party through your host/ess.
What will the table setup include?
Along with all the items listed in your package we will dress the table with Chuck E. Cheese's cups, pizza plates and birthday plates. Forks, napkins and utensils will also be provided.
What is in the goody bags?
Chuck E. Cheese's goody bags include a variety of toys and treats inside a special collectible container that kids will love.
How do I get invitations?
You can print paper invitations or send free online invitations powered by Evite®.
How do I change the time and/or date of the party?
You will need to rebook the party for the time and date you require. Make sure to cancel any other previous reservations to avoid credit card charges.
Does Chuck E. Cheese's sell cakes?
Chuck E. Cheese's offers an 8" round cake (chocolate or vanilla) that will serve approx. 12 guests. We also offer a 1/4 sheet cake with Hershey's Chocolate that will serve approximately 18-20 guests.
Does Chuck E. Cheese's sell ice cream?
We sell cups of Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream that can be pre-ordered during your reservation or purchased through your host/hostess or at the registers. The majority of our locations also offer a variety of ice cream treats through our ice cream vending machine. If you prefer, you may also bring in your own ice cream or ice cream cake. We recommend that you bring in a scoop to help when serving.
Is there an age limit on having a party at Chuck E. Cheese's?
Chuck E. Cheese's does not have an age limit as far as buying a party package. You are more than welcome to include adults for a Party Package.

What is the organizational package?
The organizational package is for licensed businesses and organizational groups (i.e. schools, daycares, churches, youth sports teams, scouts) that want to reserve tables during the week (All day Monday-Thursday and Friday before 5:00). Per child, it includes:
- 2 slices of a 1 topping pizza
- A soft drink with unlimited refills
- Game tokens
What if I have more than 1 child celebrating a birthday?
Chuck E. Cheese's parties are able to accommodate more than 1 child in the same birthday party. You will be charged the regular party package price plus $4.99 per child to receive the additional Jumbo Foil Balloon, Medallion, Birthday Star bank with 12 tokens, and the inflatable Birthday Star Crown with 8 tokens.
Do you have a special party package for younger kids?
Chuck E. Cheese’s party packages are designed to be fun for kids 1+. There is a minimum # of 4 kids required for reserved parties. If you have less than 4 kids an unreserved walk-in party is a great option.
