What is the Chuck E. Cheese Fun Pass?
The Chuck E. Cheese Fun Pass offers two purchase options: a 2-month pass or a monthly plan. This program provides unlimited visits, daily gameplay, exclusive discounts, and surprise offers. Both options include Play Points, discounts, and other benefits. A 12-month commitment is required for the monthly Fun Pass membership.
How long does the Fun Pass last?
2-Month Fun Pass: Lasts for a full 2-months from the time of purchase. Visit as often as you like during that time.
Monthly Membership: You must commit to staying in the program for at least 12 full months. After 12 months you can cancel anytime you like. We will only charge your credit card one month at a time (you won’t be charged for 12 months upfront or anything like that).
If I get a Membership, do I have to pay for 12 months upfront?
No. Although you are committed to stay in the program a minimum of 12 months (and can cancel any time after that), we will only charge your credit card one monthly payment at a time.
To double-clarify: If you sign up for a $11.99/month Membership, we will only charge your credit card $11.99+tax when you sign up today. Next month we’ll charge you $11.99+tax again, and then the month after that we’ll charge you $11.99+tax again.
What’s the catch? Where is the gotcha?
Honestly, there isn’t one. If you know you’re going to visit Chuck E. Cheese once a month (or even every once every two months) you will save money with a Membership.
With that said, there are a few items we really want to make sure you’re aware of before you sign up.
First, with Membership, you are required to stay in the program for at least one year. We will charge your credit card monthly (you don’t have to pay all at once). So if you don’t think you want to keep coming for at least a year, Membership isn’t for you.
Second, Memberships do not end automatically. After 12 months when you are done being a Member, you need to go to our website and cancel.
Finally, unused Fun Pass/Membership Play Points do NOT roll over to your next visit. If you come in Tuesday and only use 200 of your 250 Play Points for the day, the 50 Play Points you don’t use will NOT remain on your card. When you come back on Wednesday you will have “only” 250 Play Points to use — not 300.
What days of the week can I use my Fun Pass?
Any day that the participating Fun Center is open.
How do I know which Fun Pass level to pick?
It depends on the number of games and discounts. In our experience, one kid can play around 40-60 games per hour (depending on age) if they play non-stop.
Play Points may be split among up to six kids, so if you buy one Silver Pass and have two kids, you can give them each 50 Play Points each visit.
How many games can my child play?
Bronze: 40 games, Silver: 100 games, Gold: 250 games.
Remember that Play Points may be split onto as many as six cards for no additional fee — so if you split 250 Play Points across five cards, then each child would have 50 Play Points to use.
Can multiple kids share a Fun Pass?
Yes, it can be shared within your household.
Which games/activities are included?
All games that use a Play Pass, but not crane games, trampolines, Ticket Blaster, or birthday parties.
